A boutique hotel relied almost entirely on phone calls and commission-based platforms; it had no digital storefront that could present the hotel and take direct bookings.
What We Did
We designed a fast, mobile-first site highlighting rooms, location and amenities, with a booking flow simplified down to a three-step request.
The Result
The hotel now meets guests directly through its own channel, commission-free; the site is live with all room types.
